Privacy Policy

Learn how Lottery Logs handles information and the services used to operate the platform.

Last updated: October 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Lottery Logs collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Lottery Logs is operated by BerryBIG LLC ("we", "us", "our"). It applies to lotterylogs.com and the services offered on it (the "Services").

Summary

  • You can search lottery results without an account. An account (email and password, or Google sign-in) is needed for paid plans and some features.
  • We don't sell your personal information, we don't use it for advertising, and we have no advertising cookies.
  • Analytics cookies are set only if you choose "Accept analytics". If you decline, we only count visits without cookies. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie Preferences.
  • Payments are handled by Stripe through our billing provider, Clerk. We never see your full card number.
  • Number lists you submit for analysis are processed to produce your results and are not stored on our servers.
  • You can delete your account yourself (cancel any paid plan first), and you can email support@lotterylogs.com with any privacy request.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Account details. Your email address and password when you create an account. Our authentication provider, Clerk, stores your password securely; we never see it. You may also add a first and last name.
  • Google sign-in. If you sign in with Google, Google shares basic profile information with us, such as your name, email address and profile picture.
  • Numbers and lists you enter. The numbers you search for and the lists you submit to tools such as List Analyzer and Rundown Grid are sent to our servers only to produce your results. We do not store them on our servers, and they are kept out of our server logs. Your browser keeps a copy for the current tab so your results are still there if you return to the page. Numbers you choose to track in the Calendar are saved in your browser on this device until you remove them.
  • Feedback. If you send feedback through the site, we receive the text you write. Feedback is sent through our analytics provider and only after you have accepted analytics. Email addresses and long strings of digits are removed from the text before it is sent.
  • Messages to us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include.
  • Billing information. When you subscribe, Stripe processes your payment information directly. We never receive your full card number or security code. Our billing provider, Clerk, gives us your subscription plan, billing dates, statements, payment history, and limited payment-method details, such as the card brand and last four digits.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and connection information. Like most websites, our hosting, security and authentication providers receive your IP address, browser type and device information when you visit. Our server logs record your IP address, the page or API address requested, and the response, but not the numbers you search for or the lists you submit.
  • Sign-in sessions. For each sign-in, Clerk records the device, browser, IP address and approximate location so you can review your active devices under Account → Security, and to help protect your account.
  • Usage limits. For tools with daily limits, we keep a short-lived counter linked to your account ID that records how many times you used the tool that day. It contains no lists or numbers and is deleted automatically about two days later.
  • Analytics. Full analytics only with your consent; otherwise, cookieless visit counts only. See section 3.

Information we don't collect

We don't ask for your device's precise location, and we don't access your contacts or address book. We don't collect government ID numbers, health information, or other sensitive personal information.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

  • provide the Services, including your account, your plan and your search results;
  • process payments and manage your subscription;
  • send service messages, such as sign-in codes, receipts and important account or billing notices;
  • enforce daily usage limits and protect the Services against abuse, fraud and security threats;
  • understand and improve the Services, using full analytics only if you have accepted them, and cookieless visit counts otherwise;
  • answer your questions and requests; and
  • comply with the law and enforce our Terms & Conditions.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not send marketing email.

3. Analytics and your choice

When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics.

  • If you accept, we use PostHog to understand how the site is used. That includes the pages you view, the features you use, page performance, error reports, and clicks that don't seem to work. PostHog stores a cookie with a random visitor ID. If you are signed in, this activity is linked to your account ID and plan. We have turned off session recording and location lookups.
  • If you decline, we don't set analytics cookies or link activity to you. We still count basic visits (pages viewed, referring site and device type) using PostHog's cookieless measurement. This works from a daily-changing anonymous value and does not store anything on your device.
  • Your choice is stored in your browser. You can change it at any time with Cookie Preferences, in our home page footer and on the Cookie Policy page.

4. Who we share information with

We share information only with the service providers that run Lottery Logs for us, and only as needed for the services they provide:

ProviderWhat they do for us
ClerkSign-in, accounts, sessions and subscription management
Stripe (through Clerk)Payment processing and fraud prevention
PostHogAnalytics and feedback if you accept analytics. If you decline, cookieless visit counts only (section 3)
RenderWebsite and server hosting, including server logs
CloudflareSecurity, bot protection and content delivery for our providers
MongoDB AtlasDatabase hosting for lottery results and daily usage counters

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect the rights, safety or property of our users or others, or as part of a merger, sale or transfer of our business.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. We do not give it to others for their own marketing. No third party is allowed to track you across other websites through our Services.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and browser storage that the Services need to work, plus analytics cookies only with your consent. Our Cookie Policy explains the types of cookies and browser storage we use, their purposes, and where to find more information about our service providers.

6. How long we keep information

  • Account information is kept while your account is open. When you delete your account, Clerk deletes it. Deleting your account may not erase every associated record: some information may be kept, by us or by our service providers under their own policies, where it's needed for legal, accounting, security or fraud-prevention reasons, or for other legitimate purposes.
  • Daily usage counters are deleted automatically about two days after the day they count.
  • Server logs, which include IP addresses, are kept by our hosting provider, Render, for a limited period, currently about 7 days. We don't copy them to any other logging service.
  • Analytics data collected with your consent is kept by PostHog for a limited period set by our PostHog plan. We can delete analytics data linked to your account sooner if you ask.
  • Billing records are kept by Stripe and Clerk for as long as needed for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention and legal reasons.
  • Emails you send us are kept as long as needed to handle your request.
  • Browser storage for the current tab clears when you close it. Your saved preferences stay until you clear them in your browser.

7. Security

We use HTTPS throughout, and Clerk manages passwords and sign-in. We don't keep our own copy of account details. We limit what our servers log. No online service is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

8. Your choices and rights

  • Your account. Open your account menu and choose Manage account to update your details or delete your account. If you have a paid plan, cancel it in Account → Billing before deleting your account. If you've already deleted your account and have a question about a charge, email support@lotterylogs.com and we'll look into it and help.
  • Analytics. Use Cookie Preferences to accept or decline analytics at any time.
  • Requests. To ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, a correction, or deletion (including analytics data linked to your account), email support@lotterylogs.com. We may need to confirm your identity first.

    We aim to respond to and complete requests within 30 days. If a law that applies to you sets a shorter deadline, we'll meet it. If we need more time and the law allows it, we'll let you know why and when to expect an answer.

    Some requests need help from our service providers, such as Clerk, Stripe, PostHog and Render. We'll work with them on your behalf, but some records are held under their own policies, and some information may have to be kept for legal, accounting, security or fraud-prevention reasons. If we can't delete something, we'll let you know.

  • State privacy laws. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or get a portable copy of your personal information, and to appeal if we decline a request. You can exercise them by emailing us, and you can appeal by replying to our response. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights. Because we don't sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, there is nothing to opt out of. Nevada residents may send requests to support@lotterylogs.com.

9. Age requirement

The Services are for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Do Not Track and similar signals

Browsers can send "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signals. We don't currently change how the site works in response to them. We don't sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, and full analytics stay off unless you accept them.

11. Where information is processed

BerryBIG LLC operates Lottery Logs from the United States, and the Services are intended primarily for people in the United States. Our providers process information in the United States and possibly in other countries.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above. For significant changes, we will also give notice on the site or by email before they take effect.
