Review the terms that govern your access to and use of Lottery Logs.
Last updated: October 26, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and BerryBIG LLC ("Lottery Logs", "we", "us"). They cover your use of lotterylogs.com and the services on it (the "Services"). When you create an account, you'll be asked to confirm that you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. By using the Services or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
Section 16 contains an arbitration agreement and a class-action waiver that affect how disputes are resolved.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using them, you confirm that you are.
Lottery Logs is a research tool for historical lottery results. You can search past draws, see when numbers came up, and explore patterns and statistics. Some features and longer history require a paid plan.
Important:
You can create an account with an email address and password, or with Google. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us at support@lotterylogs.com if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. Give accurate information and keep your email address up to date, because we use it for sign-in codes, receipts and important notices.
You can delete your account at any time from Manage account in your account menu. If you have a paid plan, cancel it in Account → Billing before deleting your account. If you've already deleted your account and have a question about a charge, email support@lotterylogs.com and we'll look into it and help.
Plans and prices. The current plans, prices and features are shown on our Pricing page and at checkout. Prices are in US dollars.
Payment. Subscriptions are processed by our billing provider, Clerk, and payments by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for each billing period.
Automatic renewal. Your plan renews automatically each month at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. If you use a promotional price, such as a reduced first month, the regular monthly price applies after the promotion ends. Checkout shows both amounts before you pay.
Billing. The Billing section of your account is provided by our billing provider, Clerk. There you can manage your subscription, view your statements and payment history, update your payment method, and switch plans.
Cancelling. You can cancel at any time:
Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. After you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for, and then it ends, unless you receive a full refund (see Refunds below). You won't be charged again.
Changing plans. Upgrades take effect right away. Checkout shows any credit for the unused part of your current plan. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Price changes. If we change the price of your plan, we'll email you at least 7 days, and no more than 30 days, before the new price applies. You can cancel before then.
Refunds. You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment by emailing support@lotterylogs.com. This 7-day window applies only to your initial subscription payment, not to monthly renewal payments. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel without receiving a refund, you'll keep access to your paid plan until the end of your current billing period. If you receive a full refund, your paid access ends.
If BerryBIG LLC cancels an order before providing the paid service, we'll refund that payment. If we close your paid account when you haven't broken these Terms, we'll refund the unused portion of your current billing period on a prorated basis.
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if we suspect fraud or a pricing error. The Refunds paragraph above applies.
When using the Services, you agree not to:
You can enter numbers and lists to analyze. We use them only to produce your results; we don't store them on our servers or publish them. Numbers you choose to track in the Calendar are saved only in your own browser, on your device, until you remove them. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them to improve Lottery Logs, without any obligation to you. You keep any rights you have in your own ideas and methods; this permission covers only the feedback you send us.
The Lottery Logs website, software, design, text, graphics, the statistics and analyses we create, and our selection, organization and arrangement of data belong to us or our licensors. They are protected by intellectual property laws. Lottery results themselves are factual information published by official lottery sources, and we don't claim ownership of them.
We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable permission to use the Services for your own non-commercial research, in line with these Terms. You may not copy, modify or distribute our content except as these Terms allow.
The Services rely on third-party providers, such as Clerk, Stripe and Google sign-in, and may link to other websites, including official lottery sites. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we aren't responsible for their content or services.
We may add, change or remove features. We may also suspend the Services for maintenance, or because of events outside our control.
We may update these Terms. For significant changes, we'll give notice on the site or by email. They take effect 7 days after notice, except changes required by law, or for new features or security, which may take effect immediately. If you keep using the Services after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you have a paid plan and don't accept a change, you can cancel as described in section 4.
We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, if we must for legal reasons, or to protect the Services or other users. Where reasonable, we'll tell you why. If we close a paid account, the Refunds paragraph in section 4 applies. You may stop using the Services or delete your account at any time. If you have a paid plan, cancel it first as described in section 4.
The Services and all results, statistics and other information are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. That includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any information is complete or current. Any decision you make using the Services, including about playing the lottery, is your own responsibility.
To the fullest extent the law allows:
Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
If your misuse of the Services or your breach of these Terms leads to a claim against us by someone else, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees. This includes claims arising from your violation of someone else's rights.
You agree that we can communicate with you electronically, by email or on the site. Electronic agreements, notices and records satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.
Talk to us first. If you have a dispute with us, email support@lotterylogs.com and describe it. We'll do the same if we have a dispute with you. Both sides agree to try to resolve it informally for 30 days before starting arbitration.
Binding arbitration. If we can't resolve it informally, the dispute will be decided by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, instead of in court. The arbitration may be held online, by phone, on written submissions, or in New York. Your arbitration fees will not exceed what the AAA Consumer Rules allow. You and we each give up the right to a jury trial.
Exceptions. Either side may instead:
No class actions. Disputes are resolved only on an individual basis. Neither side may bring or join a class, collective or representative action.
Courts. If a dispute goes to court for any reason, it will be heard in the state or federal courts in New York County, New York.
Time limit. Any claim must be brought within one year after it arises, unless the law requires a longer period.
If any part of this section is found unenforceable, that part is removed and the rest still applies. If the class-action waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim goes to court rather than arbitration.
